We Provide Quality Truss Manufacturing
Truss Manufacturer
Copperstate Truss began producing trusses in 2020 with a small staff of 10 employees with 1 Alpine ALS 286 Component saw & a 60ft metal roof truss table with trackless gantry & a 2019 Wescana Floor assembly table. As demand for trusses grew in the valley, so did our company. In 2025, our staff totals 35+ people, we’ve increased our production lines by adding a 100 ft steel truss table that can run 2 additional roof truss lines that include 2 trackless gantry presses and a finish roller. We’ve also just added Monet DeSauw’s top of the line Linear Assembly Saw & Automated Component Saw. We deliver our trusses with our fleet of trucks and expandable roll‐off trailers.

HOW IT WORKS
Our Working Process
Send your plans or project specifics to bids@copperstatetruss.com. Next, our expert truss designers get right to work on designing the trusses you’ll need for your project. Once the proposal is accepted & a purchase agreement is signed, we provide a copy of the layout & truss drawings for approval prior to
construction. All pitches, dimensions & bearings are shown for redlining prior to release for production.
If you are comfortable measuring yourself, great! If you’d like us to send a representative to field measure, that can be arranged. We strive to make your truss buying process as easy as possible. Once your approval documents are sent back to us, we make the necessary changes & submit for stamped
calculations from our expert Alpine Engineering team. Upon receipt of those – your trusses are put into production. Upon completion, your trusses are scheduled for prompt delivery.
